What are the Rules?
1) No purchase necessary to enter. The contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entering the contest.
2) Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash value. EcoParent will mail the prize to the winner as described above (upcoming issue).
3) The contest period will start on July 3, 2012 and you must submit your contest entry before midnight (MST) on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. You may enter as many times as you wish. The first entry drawn will be eligible to win the prize. We will make a random draw at Edamame Kids office on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 and the potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the potential winner by phone or email within two (2) business days after the closing date of the draw, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be drawn.
4) The winner shall agree to have their name (first name and last name initial) and their city of residence published on our social media pages and electronic newsletter related to this contest, free of charge.
5) By entering this contest, the potential winner releases Edamame Kids Inc. from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the winner's participation in this contest.
6) By entering this contest, all entrants agree to abide by the contest rules.
7) All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without consent and your information will only be provided to EcoParent regarding the subscription. You are not obligated to renew your subscription after the full year is up.
8) Anonymous entries will be disqualified from the contest.
